Return Policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
On receiving your order if you are not satisfied, contact us within
5 days of receipt for a return authorization number, then mail the item(s)
back to us postage paid and insured, and we will gladly issue a refund
(items must be received within 10 business days once a Return Authorization
is issued). Please include a slip of paper with your name, address, telephone
number, reason for return, and return authorization number written on it.
Please remember to call for a return authorization number as any unauthorized
returns will be returned to sender. If you paid by credit card we'll credit
your charge account within 3 - 5 business days of receiving the item. If
you paid by check, you'll receive a refund check within 10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. Please Note: There is
a 15% restocking fee on frivolous returns.
Who pays for reshipping costs on an exchange?
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless the exchange
is a replacement due to damage.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Most items are shipped from this location and inspected before packing.
If you have received a package that has been damaged, please do not discard
the original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we
may arrange for inspection and replacement of the item.
