Louis Comfort Tiffany devoted his life to designing dazzling works of art.
Among them was his fascination and resulting advances in stained glass
art. He was a man obsessed with glass, its color, shape, and texture; and
its ability to refocus light into a myriad of radiant beams. At his studio
in Corona, New York, Tiffany experimented by mixing sand, lime, and soda
(the basic ingredients of glass) in untried combinations, never quite knowing
what effect would result. The final products glowed with a radiance and
vibrancy never before imagined. In Tiffany's hands, glass came alive! Original
Tiffany stained glass lamps now easily bring $30,000 to $40,000 when one
occasionally comes on the market. For those whose budget may be a bit stretched
spending that amount on an original Tiffany lamp (there are no 30-year
mortgages offered on them), we feel confident that you will find these
painstakingly accurate reproductions a sheer delight for your home or office.

Our company uses already colored glass (Individually hand cut), then soldered
rogether.
